Beginning at Citifinancial in HR, she played pivotal roles at Indiabulls and SMFG India (formerly Fullerton India), refining HR expertise across startup and growth phases. She has led various strategic HR initiatives including DEI, culture change, digital transformation, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations and Compliance. Transitioning to a business role, she led Quality Assurance for Rural business, gaining insights into assets and business processes. As Head of HR for Home Finance, she led a multifold growth for the organisation, launched developmental initiatives, and boosted mid to senior leadership retention, representing herself as a strategic leader to the Board and board committees . Her inspirational journey from humble beginnings to the CXO role has led to her being recognised with the Global Exceptional Women Award in 2024.
